Biography

Cindy Greiner was a long jumper and multi-event athlete who represented the United States multiple times in international competition. Greiner was the TAC Champion in the heptathlon in 1984 and 1990, and won the TAC Indoors in 1982-83. She was the 1987 Pan American Games heptathlon champion, after winning a silver medal in that event in 1983. She also competed for the US at the 1986 and 1990 Goodwill Games, the 1987 and 1991 World Championships, and 1991 World Indoor Championships. She later worked as a marketing manager for a computer products company.
