Biography

The Millrose AA team won the AAU outdoor relay in 1929 and 1930, setting a new world record in 1930 and the AAU indoor relay in 1930 and 1931. Loretta McNeil was a member of the winning team on all four occasions. Her best placing in an AAU individual event was her second place in the 100 y in 1929. At the 1928 Final Trials she placed no better than seventh in the 100 m, but was nominated for Amsterdam and eventually selected to run the third leg on the relay team.

Personal Best: 100 – 12.8 (1928).
