Biography

Running for the Irish-American AC, Edwin Pritchard finished second in the Eastern Olympic Trials in the high hurdles in 1912. He made the semi-finals at the Stockholm Olympics but did not qualify for the final. He was also second in 1912 in the AAU Meet.

Pritchard served in the US Navy during World War I, leaving the military as a commander. Pritchard was a draftsman who worked for the electric company at around the time of the war, and later worked in Washington, DC for the Federal Public Housing Administration.

Personal Best: 110H – 15.5 (1912).
