Biography

Stanley Wudyka placed third in the AAU 10K in 1936, and repeated that finish at the Olympic Trials to make the team. Wudyka also finished fourth in the 5K at the 1933 AAU Meet. He competed for Temple, the Mid-Atlantic Association, and the Meadowbrook Club of Philadelphia. Wudyka graduated from Temple in 1935 and later earned a masters’ degree in education from the University of Pennsylvania.
