Biography
Austrian figure skater Hildegard Appeltauer participated in the 1948 European Championships and came 15th. At the St. Moritz Winter Olympics that same year she then placed 18th in the women’s singles. Appeltauer skated with EK Engelmann Wien (Vienna). Later she turned to coaching and among others she coached Trixi Schuba.
