Biography
Sheryl Franks skated pairs with Michael Botticelli. Together they won the Eastern US Pairs Championship in 1977-79. They were also third at the US Championships from 1977-80, qualifying them for the World Championships each year. At the Worlds they placed ninth in 1977-79, and 10th in 1980. Together they skated professionally with Ice Chips until 1991. Franks later became a skating coach, forming her own academy, The Sheryl Franks Creative Skating Academy in West Newton, Massachusetts.
