Biography

Victoria Lindpaintner placed eighth at the 1936 Winter Olympics in singles figure skating. She also competed at the 1936-37 World Championships, finishing 6th in 1936 and 11th in 1937. At the European Championships, Lindpaintner finished 12th in 1935 and 8th in 1936. In 1938 she married Count Hans Heribert Wilhelm Veit Adolf von Törring-Jettenbach, although they divorced in 1947. She later married Rudolf Hantschel. Lindpaintner was the daughter of Paul Lindpaintner, who played tennis at the 1912 Olympics.
