Biography
Figure skater Babette Preußler partnered Tobias Schröter, representing East Germany at the 1984 Sarajevo Winter Olympics, finishing 11th. They also competed at the 1984 World Championships, placing ninth, and the European Championships, finishing sixth. Preußler had earlier skated with non-Olympian Torsten Ohlow. She retired after the 1984 season.
