Biography

Ty Anderson was from Swampscott, Massachusetts, and played amateur hockey with the Boston Olympics. In addition to playing in the 1932 Olympics, he was a member of the U.S. National team which won a silver medal at the 1931 World Championships. Anderson played minor league pro hockey for over a decade with the Atlantic City Seagulls and the Boston Olympics. He later became a high school hockey coach and worked during the summers as a golf professional.
