Biography
Joe Briski was from San Diego, California. He only took up bobsledding in late 1983 and was a neophyte at the 1984 Winter Olympics. At the time he managed a health club in San Diego. He competed at the Sarajevo Cup shortly before the Winter Olympics in his short bobsledding career.
