Biography

Blane Comstock was a goalie who played for Roseau High School in Minnesota and later for Bemidji State College. While at Bemidji State, he led them to four straight NAIA Championships, and made the All-NAIA Tournament team three times, being named MVP in 1970. He was on the US Junior National team in 1970, played for the US at the 1973-75 World Championships, and was on the 1976 Winter Olympic team. Comstock also played amateur hockey with the Warroad Lakers.
