Biography

In 1956 Liechtenstein sent a delegation of eight athletes to the Olympics in Cortina d’Ampezzo, Italy. Ewald Eberle was one of six skiers to represent the nation at the Games. He competed in the slalom and the giant slalom, finishing 49th and 73rd, respectively. Eberle was 92-years-old when he died in August 2025.
