Biography

Kris Feddersen competed in aerials freestyle skiing at the 1992 and 1994 Winter Olympics. He also competed in that event in 1988 when it was a demonstration event. Feddersen won two World Cup aerials events, one in December 1990 at Piancavallo, Italy and the other in March 1994 at Altenmarkt-Zauchensee, Austria. Feddersen then coached the US freestyle ski team at the 1998 Nagano Winter Olympics. Feddersen moved to Steamboat Springs, Colorado in 1998, and later to Denver and Park City, Utah. He owned Flying Ace Productions, a company that puts on freestyle skiing demonstration events around the world. In 2013 he was inducted into the US Ski and Snowboard Hall of Fame.
