Biography

Augusto Gerosa was a goaltender who played his entire career in Milano. He began with HC Milano, winning the 1929/30 league title, and then won three other Italian titles again with HC Milano in 1933 and 1934 and with Diavoli Rossoneri Milano in 1935-36. Internationally, he competed with the national team at five World Championships (1930, 1933-35, 1939) and at the 1936 Winter Olympics.

In 1937 players from HC Milano and the Diavoli Rossoneri merged to form A.M.D.G. (Associazione Milanese Disco su Ghiaccio). Gerosa played with Diavoli Rossoneri in the last few years of his career.
