Biography

Bernd Herzig competed at the 1964 Innsbruck Winter Olympics ice hockey tournament, with the German team finishing seventh. He earned 17 international caps with the West German national team. Domestically Herzig played for SC Riessersee, SG Nürnberg, and Mannheimer ERC. Herzig won the West German title in 1960 with Riessersee.
