Biography

Toshiei Honma was a Japanese ice hockey goaltender who played for Furukawa throughout his career. At the 1960 Squaw Valley Olympics Honma played in goal for all six of Japan’s games. Four years later he was once again part of the national squad for the Olympics in Innsbruck, but this time shared the goalkeeping duties with Katsuji Morishima.
