Biography

Manuel Tolentino was a professional tennis player from the Philippines who achieved a career-best singles ranking of #437 in the world in August 1987, and a doubles ranking of #547 in the world, also in August 1987. Tolentino played on the Philippines’ Davis Cup team from 1984 to 1987. He competed in the singles at the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics when tennis was a demonstration sport but lost in the first round to Eric Amend.
