Arlene Limas

Arlene Limas competed in taekwondo as a demonstration sport at the 1988 Seoul Olympics. Limas won the welterweight division. She was US Champion in 1987 and 1989-91. She also won the 1986 World University Championships while attending De Paul University, and won the 1990 Pan American Championship.

Limas was inducted into the Taekwondo Hall of Fame in 2007. In 2011 she opened Power Kix Martial Arts in Stafford, Virginia.
