Fred Pacheco was an American composer and lyricist who competed in the 1932 Arts Competitions in the music event. He is known for the World War I song, Victory For Ever, Uncle Sam. He was from Mexico City, where he conducted a brass band recording his own compositions, mostly marches, prior to 1914, when he moved to the United States and continued to write music in the Mexican style.
