Ato Hand was an American judoka who competed at the 2000 Sydney Olympics. He also won a bronze medal at the 1999 Pan American Games. Hand was the 2000 Pan American Champion in the 100 kg class. He was a two-time USA Champion and had three other podium finishes at the nationals. Internationally he won the 2000 US Open and Rendez-Vous Canada and the 2001 Copa Puerto Rico.
