Biography

Jim Miller was US Champion in Nordic combined in 1966, while still only in the junior division. He later attended college at Fort Lewis College and was inducted into their Hall of Fame in 2001. Miller won four letters at Fort Lewis and won the NCAA title in Nordic combined in 1968 and 1970, leading his team to third-place his senior year. He won three US titles in Nordic combined during his career (1966, 1969-70), and won one US ski jumping title. Miller also competed at three World Winter University Games, carrying the US flag at the 1968 edition.
