Biography
John Proctor attended Beekmantown Central High School in upstate New York and later went to college at SUNY Plattsburgh. He was on the winning 4-man sled at the 1975 AAU Championships. Proctor competed at the 1975 World Championships, placing 15th in both the 2-man and 4-man events.
