Biography
West German flatwater canoeist Andrea Martin partnered Claudia Österheld in the K-2 500 at the 1988 Seoul Olympics, and together they were eliminated in the semi-finals. With the K-4 500, they both finished fifth in the final. In 1986-87, and 1990, Martin won the K-2 500 national title with different partners.
