Rob Rosser was a biathlete who competed at the 1998 Nagano Winter Olympics. Rosser was a professional soldier who served in Operation Iraqi Freedom and spent 21 years in the Army, later serving in the National Guard. Rosser became a biathlon and Nordic skiing coach, and was President of the Casper Mountain Biathlon Club. Rosser was a three-time North American biathlon champion and a five-time US Champion. Rosser later became a coach, serving as the head coach of the USA Paralympic biathletes.
