Biography
German flatwater canoeist Jens Stegemann was eliminated in the K1 semi-finals over 1,000 metres at the 1992 Barcelona Summer Olympics. In 1990, he won his only international medal at the World Championships, representing East Germany. Stegemann also competed in marathon distances.
