As in 1928 there were two architectural events in the 1932 Arts Competition – Designs for Town Planning and Architectural Designs. There were 58 participants from 14 nations who submitted designs. For the first time, Honorable Mentions were also designated. The jury for architecture consisted of mostly well-known architects from the USA.
