There was only one sculpture event at the 1924 Paris Olympics. There were 68 entrants from 15 nations. The jury awarded a gold and silver medal, and two bronze medals. One of the bronze medals went to Dane Jean René Gauguin, who was French-born and was the son of the famous artist Paul Gauguin.
