Biography

German curler Carina Meidele finished eighth with her team at the 1998 Nagano Olympics. At European Championships she won the gold medal in 1995 and two bronze medals, in 1996 and 1997. Meidele was affiliated with SC Riessersee, helping them win the German national title seven times in 1995-99, and 2002-03. By profession, she became an accounts manager with a big logistics group.
