Biography

Kristina Joder was a cross-country skier who mainly competed in shorter distance events, and was best in freestyle. She raced the sprint and 15 km at the 2002 Salt Lake City Winter Olympics. Joder attended school at the University of Utah, majoring in parks, recreation, and tourism, where she was named All-American. She had only one season on the World Cup circuit – 2000/01. She skied for the US Junior World Team from 1996-98 and won the 10 km freestyle at the US Junior Olympics.
