Biography

Philip Dulebohn was an American figure skater who skated pairs with Tiffany Scott. Together they won the 2003 USA Championships and skated at the 2002 Salt Lake City Winter Olympics, having qualified by placing second that year at nationals.

Dulebohn and Scott skated four times at the World Championships, from 2000-03, with a best finish of 7th in 2002. Internationally they were on podiums at the 2000 Four Continents with a bronze, another bronze at the 2004 Grand Prix Lalique, and a silver at the 2001 Karl Schäfer Invitational.

Dulebohn started out as a singles skater, finishing 16th at the 1996 USA National and 13th in 1997. He later became a skating coach, working at the University of Delaware ice arena in Newark, Delaware.
