Biography

Hugo Chapacú was a Paraguayan professional tennis player. Chapacú was ranked 217 in the world as a singles player in October 1987. Chapacú competed in the singles and doubles tournaments at the 1988 Seoul Olympics. In the singles he lost to Andrey Cherkasov in the first round. In the doubles he teamed with Víctor Caballero with the pair losing their first round match.
