Biography
Eugenio Guerra was a sprinter and won gold in 200 m at the 1930 Central American and Caribbean Games. At the same Games he was also a member of the silver medal winning 4×100 m relay team in 1935 and of the gold medal winning 4×100 m relay team in 1938.
