Biography

Chris Coletta rode the team pursuit on the track at the 1992 Olympics. He was a silver medalist in the same event at the 1991 Pan American Games, and was US Champion in team pursuit in 1991-92. Coletta graduated from the University of Illinois in 1998 with a degree in chemistry. He worked for three years as a medicinal organic chemist for Pfizer, a drug company, but then returned to school and earned a PhD from Harvard in organic chemistry in 2007.

After graduate school, Coletta worked as an engagement manager at McKinsey & Company. He later worked four years at Amgen in drug delivery strategy and business performance, and then became an independent consultant in the same field.
