Biography

Andrea Wieland was a goalkeeper who played for the USA women’s hockey team at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics. Weiland attended the University of Iowa, where she earned a baccalaureate degree, an MBA, and a PhD in psychology. Wieland won silver at the 1995 Pan American Games and also won bronze medals at the 1994 World Cup and the 1995 Champions Trophy.

Wieland later went into training and counseling athletes. She has worked at Winning Systems, Inc., ICPH, E1Fit, and as a counselor and mental performance specialist at the IMG Academy.
