Biography

Steve Snow was a soccer (football) forward who played one year in college at Indiana University. He played for the US U-16 team at the 1987 World Championships and was on the US U-20 team in 1988 and 1989. Snow helped the US national team win a gold medal at the 1991 Pan American Games and then played at the 1992 Barcelona Olympics.

After his freshman year of college, Snow joined Standard Liège in Belgium. After a major knee injury that required surgery, he came back to the US and played with the Chicago Power of the National Professional Soccer League in 1994-96. His knee problems cut his career short and he retired after 1996, later opening a pizza parlor in Indianapolis.
