Biography

Kathy Howard competed for the United States at the 1974 World Championships and the 1975 Pan American Games, in addition to her 1976 Olympic appearance. She won two medals at the 1975 Pan Ams, gold with the team and a silver in the floor exercise. In 1976 Howard placed second in all-around at the American Cup. She would attend Oklahoma State University, graduating in 1984, and later worked in telecommunications.
