Biography

Marian Leszczyński rowed for Poland in the coxed fours at the 1964 Tokyo Olympics. He was also entered in the 1960 eights but did not compete. Leszczyński competed at the 1962 and 1966 World Championships. He was a finalist at the 1959 European Championships in the eight and also competed at the Europeans in 1963, 1964, and 1965.

Leszczyński competed for Stara Warszawa, CWKS Bydgoszcsz, and AZS Wrocław. He was a 13-time Polish champion in various boats. He was made a Master of Sport in Poland and awarded a Bronze Medal for his rowing achievements.
