Biography

Catriona Fallon rowed the eights, sitting in the 4th seat at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics. She was also an alternate at the 1992 Olympics, but did not get to row. Fallon competed at the 1991 Pan American Games and the 1993-95 World Championships, winning medals in every event in which she competed. She won a gold in the eight at the 1995 Worlds, and won silver medals at the 1991 Pan American Games, in the four, and in the eight at the 1993 Worlds. In 1994 she rowed in both the four and the eight and won silver medals at the World Championships.

Fallon graduated from UCLA and later obtained an MBA from Harvard. In business she became an executive with various technology companies, including Oracle, McKinsey, Marin Software, Hewlett-Packard, Silver Spring Networks, and Itron Networked Solutions. She has also been a member of the board of Cray Computer.
