Biography

Arvid Hoflund came from Södermanland and then lived in Sala in Västmanland. He participated in the 1912 Olympics in Stockholm in the shooting competition with military rifle, 300 metres. In his youth he worked as a farmhand in his native place. He later joined the army in the rank of a sergeant.
