Jean-Jacques Moine was a French swimmer and water polo player. Between 1967 and 1970 Moine was a nine-time French champion in swimming. Moine swam in the 4 × 200 metres freestyle relay at the 1972 München Olympics. The French team finished in ninth place. With CN Marseille Moine became a French water polo champion in 1974.
