Biography

Ilona Ács was the swimmer of BSE from 1934 and the MAC from 1939. Between 1935 and 1940, she appeared six times in the Hungarian national team and won 13 championship titles. In 1939, she also finished first in the 100 metres freestyle, but she did not receive a championship title because she did not meet the time limit.
