Biography
Bob Gibe swam the heats of the 1948 Olympics 4x200 freestyle relay. He placed third at the 1948 US Olympic Trial in the 200 freestyle. Gibe represented the Detroit Athletic Club. He attended Wayne State University. Gibe won the 1949 AAU 100 metre freestyle.
