Biography

Lennox Kilgour had the following podium finishes at major championships: 3rd in the 1952 Olympics Middle-Heavyweight class (402.5 kg); 2nd in the 1954 British Empire and Commonwealth Games Middle-Heavyweight class (865 pounds); 2nd in the 1951 Pan American Games Heavyweight class (402.5 kg). He could never participate in any World Championship as they were all held in Europe at that times and his National Association did not have the money to pay his expenses.
