Biography

Pete Lee graduated from Ball State University in 1974 and wrestled for the Mayor Daley Youth Foundation in Chicago. Lee placed second in 1976 at the US Greco-Roman nationals, but won the Olympic Trials to make the team for Montréal. He later competed at the 1977 and 1982-83 World Championships in Greco-Roman, placing sixth in 1977, fifth in 1982, and 10th in 1983. Lee was an alternate to the US Olympic team in 1984, but did not compete.
