Biography

George Golding had the following podium finishes at major championships: 3rd in the 1930 British Empire Games 440 yards. In the 1930 British Empire Games 220 yards as well as in the 440 yards Hurdles he was eliminated in the heats. He also competed in the 1930 British Empire Games 880 yards race but did not finish.

Personal Bests: 400 – 47.6y (1930); 400H – 53.1 (1932).
