Biography

Fritz Flachberger was the Austrian high jump champion three times, in 1935-36 and 1939. He failed, however, to reach the final at the 1936 Berlin Olympics. He was eliminated in the qualifying round, missing the qualifying mark by five centimetres.

Personal Best: HJ – 1.88 (1936).
