Biography
Hugh Fraser had the following podium finishes at major championships: 3rd in the 1975 Pan American Games 4×100 metres Relay (with Marvin Nash, Al Dukowski, and the non-Olympian Bob Martin). Fraser also finished fifth in the 200 metres and sixth in the 100 metres at the 1975 Pan American Games.
Personal Bests: 100 – 10.1 (1976); 200 – 20.86 (1975).
