Biography

Rudolf Hansen was a Danish long-distance runner who represented AIK 95 in København. Hansen was selected to run in the five-mile race at the 1908 London Olympics but did not start the race. After World War I he returned to the Olympics for the 1920 Antwerpen Games where he finished in eighth place in the marathon. Hansen was only 40-years-old when he died in October 1929.
