Biography

In 1908, Chapman won the 100 m at the Olympic Trials and was eliminated in the heats of the 100 y at the AAA Championships and the 100 m at the Olympics. He improved to reach the final of the AAA 100 y in 1909 and 1910. He was educated at Magdalen College School, Brackley.

Personal Best: 100 – 11.2 (1908).
