Biography

Alan Dick had the following podium finishes at major championships: 1st in the 1954 British Empire and Commonwealth Games 4x440 yards relay (with Derek Johnson, Peter Higgins, and the non-Olympian Peter Fryer). In the 1954 British Empire and Commonwealth Games Dick also finished sixth in the 440 yards. In the British Empire and Commonwealth Games he competed for England.

Personal Best: 400 - 48.0 (1952).
